Although certain states may differ regarding what Riding Equipment is required for cycling, all event participants must wear helmets and proper foot gear.



SCHEDULE

7:00 am: Community ride registration and packet pick-up begins

8:45 am: Opening Ceremony

9:00 am: Community ride begins

Water and rest stop at Marine Park in Sag Harbor: After resting, the warriors will do a hero's lap through Sag Harbor town and return to Marine Park. Upon their return, the community riders and warriors will leave Marine Park and return to Amagansett Fire Department.

Post-ride: BBQ lunch at Amagansett Fire Department.

Please note that there will not be any alcohol served at the post-ride lunch.



REGISTRATION

Registration Fees: April – June 30: $50 adult / $20 child

July 1 – Event Day: $75 adult / $35 child



PACKET PICKUP

Bibs and earned fundraising rewards can be picked up on event day at our check-in tent beginning at 7:00 am on Saturday, July 20, at Amagansett Fire Department.

You may pick up for your team or friend if you have their name.



PARKING

Street parking will be available along Main Street and the field at 555 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930 (just east of the Shell gas station). Parking will fill up quickly. Please allow time to walk/bike from your vehicle to the fire department before the event starts.

"Bag check" will be available to hold event T-shirts and earned fundraising rewards until post-event, as applicable. Please note that personal items will not be held at bag check, by volunteers or WWP teammates.
